Description

The duties of the Postdoctoral Researcher include:
Develop bioinformatics workflow to meet the needs of NGS data analysis including quality control, analysis and report generation following specific timelines.
Support for internal projects and external collaborations.
Create reports and prepare technical presentations.
Write manuscripts and communications for conference presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: 
Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Computer Sciences, or related area.

Experience:
Experience working with real world genomic data, preferably in a research environment.
Strong background in bioinformatics tools, R, linux, and/or AI/machine learning.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Familiar working in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of scRNA-seq/Spatial transcriptomics/AI/machine learning is highly beneficial.
